DANIEL A. DESKO, Capt, USN(Ret.)
Daniel A. Desko, age 72, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2009, at his residence in Annandale, Virginia. Beloved husband of Margaret; loving father of Karen and David. Daniel is also survived by sisters, Barbara Barrett and Elaine Asher and sister-in-law Sue Edwards.
A visitation will be held Monday, July 27, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax, Virginia. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Matthews Methodist Church, 8617 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, Virginia 22003. A memorial service with full military honors will be held at The Old Post Chapel on April 15, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Arlington National Cemetery.
