PHILLIP COLELLA, MSG, USA (Ret.) passed away on Monday, February 1, 2010 at his residence in Alexandria, Virginia. Beloved husband of the late, June Colella and the late, Elizabeth Colella; loving father of Phillip Colella (Susan Londerville), Richard Colella (Shauna) and Annette Colella Crowley (David). Phillip is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandchild; and siblings Felice, Anthony and Angela.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 9, 2010, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Fairfax Memorial Funeral Home, 9902 Braddock Road, Fairfax, Virginia. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 2:45 p.m. at the Old Post Chapel, Ft. Myer, Virginia. Interment, with full military honors, to follow in Arlington National Cemetery. If attending the Chapel service please arrive by 2:00 p.m., and enter through the Hatfield Gate entrance.
